We found the cottage to be clean and comfortable and a perfect base for walking in the Southwold Area. The lack of internet was mentioned by several previous guests but was not that important to us. Also the scaffolding for repairing the balcony of the apartment above but that really can't be helped. We have booked to come again.

We stayed 3 nights in 12 Craigside, the location was excellent. The view from our lounge and bedroom overlooked the sea, the beach was just across the road. There was scaffolding out side our bedroom window due to the fact the balcony for the upstairs flat had been removed and we assumed being replaced. The kitchen was lovely and a good size and had everything required for self catering.
