This charming terraced mews cottage sits in a beautiful location 200 yards from the banks of the River Wye, in the village of Symonds Yat. Offering stunning views of the river and the surrounding woodland, this cottage in Symonds Yat is perfect for families and friends seeking either a relaxing break or an activity-filled getaway. This Herefordshire holiday cottage offers comfortable accommodation with its well-equipped kitchen, cosy dining room and spacious sitting room boasting spectacular views. Outside this Wye Valley cottage is a rear patio garden with furniture, perfect for a peaceful morning coffee, whilst the shared landscaped gardens offer different seating areas, which are ideal for enjoying the quiet tranquillity of the area with a book or a picnic. Within easy reach of this Symonds Yat cottage are many activities and attractions, including the magnificent Royal Forest of Dean, which offers numerous walks, cycle routes and high wire rope courses, the charming riverside town of Ross-on-Wye and the majestic ruin of Goodrich Castle. Wander beside the beautiful River Wye which flows alongside the village before looping through wonderful Herefordshire countryside, or try a little fishing, canoeing or kayaking. The surrounding area boasts many National Trust properties, festivals and museums, excellent pubs and restaurants, plus of course, a whole host of further attractions await you across the border in Wales.
