Kite's Nest is a well-received cottage in Shropshire, praised for its cleanliness, idyllic rural setting, and comfortable accommodations. Guests enjoy the tranquility, the friendly and helpful owners, and the presence of farm animals. The property is noted for its suitability for dog owners and nature lovers, offering beautiful gardens, woodland walks, and a cosy atmosphere.
Reviewers consistently mention the immaculate condition of the cottage, with no reports of pests and a clear appreciation for the tidiness of the accommodation.
The location is highly praised for its peaceful rural setting and proximity to walking trails and local sights, though it is noted that it may not be ideal for those with mobility issues or a preference for urban convenience.
The majority of guests find the cottage comfortable and cosy, with only a few remarks about the sofa being too low and the bed being hard for one guest with a bad back.
Facilities are generally well-regarded, with positive comments on the well-equipped nature of the cottage and the presence of WiFi and Chromecast. However, there are minor suggestions for improvements such as a larger TV and the presence of a dishwasher over a washing machine.
While guests express gratitude for the warm welcome and responsiveness of the owners, there is insufficient information to assess the consistency of thoughtful gestures such as gifts, and therefore a score cannot be provided.

The property was spotless and the owner was welcoming and on hand to answer any questions. The walks through the gardens and woodland were beautiful. Church Stretton with its lovely pubs, cafés, shops and stunning walks up the Carding Mill Valley and across Longmynd is just a short drive away. The property is highly recommended.

Right on Wenlock Edge so lots of walking available right on the doorstep, without even having to drive to them, Church Stretton a short drive away is beautiful with plenty of walking and all the amenities for needs, pubs and places to eat. Visits to Ludlow and Welshpool, Little Stretton All Stretton many places to see. The owner and staff on New Hall Farm are welcoming and friendly, lots of animals, horses dogs and even Peacocks living on the farm were a delight.
