The Stable in Shropshire is a well-received holiday cottage, praised for its peacefulness, well-equipped facilities, and friendly owners. Guests appreciate the spacious, comfortable accommodation and the secure garden, ideal for dogs. The rural setting offers beautiful scenery and is great for walks, though some noted limited phone signal and lack of WiFi. The thoughtful touches like biscuits and farm experiences add to the charm.
Reviews consistently mention the cleanliness of the cottage, indicating that it is well-maintained and tidy. Guests have not raised any significant concerns regarding cleanliness.
The location is generally appreciated for its peacefulness and proximity to walking areas and local attractions. However, a few guests mentioned that it is close to a busy road and that the sat nav postcode may lead to the wrong location, slightly affecting the score.
Guests find the cottage comfortable, with spacious rooms and a relaxing atmosphere. The presence of a secure garden and pet-friendly environment contributes to the comfort level. Some guests mentioned sloping roofs and limited cupboard space, but these were minor points.
The facilities are generally praised, especially the well-equipped kitchen and enclosed garden. However, several guests noted the absence of WiFi and limited phone signal, which impacts the score for some modern-day travellers.
While guests mention thoughtful gestures like biscuits and the opportunity to engage with farm activities, there is not enough consistent information about gifts to accurately score this category. It should be noted that such extras are subject to availability and not guaranteed.
