Enjoying an excellent location for relaxing with friends deep in the South Shropshire countryside, it's a perfect base for enjoying the festivals and events that the nearby historic town of Ludlow offers. Ludlow is a thriving market town, boasting nearly five hundred listed buildings in the town itself, with the original medieval street layout surviving almost unchanged. Situated on a cliff above the River Teme, it's best known for its September Food and Drink Festival and has a strong reputation for providing excellent local fayre year round. Walkers will enjoy trails from the door, with twelve acres of farmland to enjoy surrounding the barn and the Clee Hills and child friendly Mortimer Forest in easy reach. This is a truly exceptional property, perfect for a group gathering. Step through the barn door into to find a fabulous, open plan entertaining space with wood burner, comfortable seating, plus a large dining table and stylish kitchen with electric range oven and gas hob, fridge, freezer, dishwasher and breakfast bar. The ground floor is beautifully designed for socialising and spending time all together whilst large bi fold doors give beautiful views of the outside. There are four bedrooms, a super king size bedroom (which can be made into a twin bedroom by request at time of booking) on the ground floor, shower room with WC and utility area. Upstairs you will find a master bedroom with a super king size bed and en suite bathroom with a shower of the bath, and WC. A further super king size bedroom (which can be made into a twin bedroom by request at time of booking ) and a children s bunk bedroom with additional single bed. There is a further family bathroom upstairs with rainforest style shower and WC. All of the rooms are beautifully finished and provide a real sense of luxury and comfort. Outside is simply stunning with a large undercover outdoor kitchen area with BBQ. There is an additional entertainment barn with gorgeous interiors as well as a bar, wood burner and dart board. There are also two fire pits one down by the pond and the other in the middle of the upper field which you can gather around as the night draws in. Need to know: 4 bedrooms 1 super king size, 2 king size zip and link (can be made into a twin on request), 1 bunk bedroom with 1 additional single bed (for up to 3 children) . 3 bathrooms 1 en suite bathroom with bath, shower and WC, 1 en suite bathroom with shower over the bath and WC, and 1 shower room with WC. Fridge/freezer, double oven/gas hob, microwave, dishwasher. Utility room with washing machine. Cot, highchair and toys available on request. TV, DVD, and music docks. Wood burner. Underfloor heating on ground floor. Undercover outdoor kitchen and dining area with BBQ, separate barn/pub with wood burner and darts, 2 fire pits in the grounds (1 by the pond and 1 in the middle of the upper field, plus acres of farmland to explore. Knowledgeable and friendly hosts on hand should you need them, brimming with advice and great local tips fully respecting your privacy otherwise. Please be aware that the garden for neighbouring properties is not fenced separately; you have your own designated garden areas that are separated by rope. New Wellness Area now open consisting of a beautiful Baltic wood fired sauna with stunning countryside views a cold plunge tub. An outdoor cold water shower and a seating area for guests to enjoy between our beautiful old pair of pear trees. The health benefits of hot and cold therapy include improved immunity, relaxation, reduction of stress, relief of pain and much more. To hire the space, please contact the owners direct in advance of your stay. There is a one off cost of 50 75 to use this facility for the duration of your stay.. If you require a Saturday to Saturday or Sunday to Sunday booking please enquire with the Team and we will check and advise if we can accommodate. Additional services can be organised direct with the owner these include the hire of a hot tub, bell tents for additional guests, and private chefs. Please note, group bookings may be checked to ensure the purpose of the stay is for a holiday.
