Enter into a small vestibule which leads to a well-appointed open-plan living area, where the sumptuous sofa sits adjacent to the dining table, and the kitchen boasts a wealth of fixtures to ease you through your holiday as comfortably as possible. Britain's number one theme park, Alton Towers has rides and attractions aimed at everyone, including fabulous white knuckle rides, Toyland for the younger guests, boating on the lake, gardens and rides on the cable car. Nearby, the market town of Ashbourne features an array of antique stores and a choice of good pubs and restaurants.

Georgina the lady that owns Farley cottage guided us in as we got a bit lost and if we needed anything she was always on the end of the phone. The cottage is in lovely gardens and was beautifully clean. Had a very relaxed few days

Georgina was an amazing host - I off handedly mentioned that I was prepping for my wife and I's wedding earlier in the week, and when we arrived there was a congratulations card and bottle of Prosecco waiting for us! An amazing and welcoming start to our break!
