The Wainhouse is highly praised for its spaciousness, cleanliness, and modern amenities, including a well-maintained hot tub. Set in a beautiful rural location, it's ideal for large groups and family gatherings. Guests enjoyed the farm setting, local walks, and the presence of friendly farm animals and dogs. Some minor maintenance issues and limited Wi-Fi connectivity were noted, but these did not significantly detract from the overall positive experience.
Guests consistently noted the property was clean, with particular mention of a spotless hot tub. There were a few isolated comments about areas needing updating and minor mould in showers, but these were exceptions in the overall feedback.
The property's rural setting is appreciated for its tranquillity and proximity to local attractions like Ludlow Castle. Some guests felt it was a bit remote, but the farm experience and local walks were highlights.
The property is frequently described as comfortable and spacious, suitable for large groups. There were some comments about squeaky furniture and a single oven being limiting, but overall, guests found the accommodation very comfortable.
The Wainhouse is well-equipped, with a hot tub and playground mentioned positively. Some guests suggested improvements to the playground and Wi-Fi, and a desire for more kitchen amenities for large group meals.
While guests appreciated the welcoming gestures such as flowers, biscuits, and wine, there are not enough consistent references to gifts or extra thoughtful touches to accurately score this category. It should be noted that such gestures are subject to change and not guaranteed.

However we may have packed salt and pepper by accident. No matches available and we ran out of kitchen roll. Carpet sweeper would have been useful. The play area was safe and just right for us and the working farm provided all we needed for a long weekend. {Walks, tractor watching, animal observation, question and answer, lovely weather for the time of year!}

It's spacious, quiet and well equipped. The farm dogs are very friendly and well trained, and provide great company.
