The Barn is one of two luxury barn conversions, settled within the grounds of the owner's home, on the outskirts of Hanbury village in Worcestershire. This all-ground-floor property is ideal for a small family or couple wanting to explore Worcestershire. There are bi-fold doors that open up onto a lovely decked patio, where you can make use of the barbecue and enjoy the countryside and pond views, while an additional patio seating area can be found at the front of the property. There are two bedrooms to choose from, comprising a king-size double or a twin which is zip/link and can be king-size on request, each with their own convenient en-suite shower rooms. Hanbury village is a short distance away, with a pub/restaurant and a craft centre, while a wider range of amenities can be found in nearby Droitwich Spa. Walkers will enjoy exploring the surrounding countryside and towns like Stratford upon Avon, as well as the city of Worcester and its lovely medieval cathedral. Excellent parking, WiFi and TV. However there were a few fairly minor issues that detracted from the overall experience: The fridge was small and unstable underneath the kitchen worktop and was awkward to use. The en-suite bathroom in the right-hand bedroom lacked a proper toilet roll holder, and the mirror unit was too low above the wash-hand basin making it difficult for face washing. None of the chairs in the living room were comfortable.
