Saintbury Grounds comprises three self-contained holiday properties, The Dairy (sleeps two), The Byre (sleeps two) and The Hayloft (sleeps four). For families or groups of friends wanting to spend time away together but retain some privacy, this is the perfect solution. Housed in the former milking parlour and haybarn, these properties retain character derived from their heritage but offer wonderfully light and airy spacious accommodation with a contemporary finish making the perfect base for your holiday or celebration.

The grounds at Saintbury extend to 30 acres and guests are welcome to explore the many footpaths around the farm and further afield. There’s an enclosed garden area with picnic bench and adjacent to this a large mown area with fruit trees, a fire pit, table and chairs and a barbecue ideal for summer picnics or evenings by the fire. Younger members of the family can explore swallows and amazons style whilst remaining under watchful parental eyes.

The Dairy is on one level so ideal for less mobile members of the party and offers open-plan living, dining and sleeping space with lofty ceiling heights and characterful beams enhancing the light and airy feel. The bedroom includes a super-king bed which can be flexed to twins if required and the living area includes a flat screen television with Freeview and Blu-Ray player. The modern kitchen is fully equipped and the bathroom includes a bath as well as luxury walk-in shower.

The Byre neighbours The Dairy and is a two storey cottage for two with its own private patio and wonderful country views. There is a kitchen open to the dining and living space and a separate bathroom with over the bath shower. Upstairs houses an impressive bedroom suite with super-king bed and en-suite bathroom complete with power shower over a full size bath. There is a seating area with television and DVD player, perfect for lazy days and handy for coping with different viewing habits when all three properties are booked together. A door from the upstairs leads to the entrance hall to The Hayloft.

Stairs rise from the entrance hall to The Hayloft, a contemporary luxury apartment for four guests. The sociable living space includes an open-plan kitchen, dining and living space flooded with natural light. A small balcony faces south-west and provides views to the Malvern hills. One double bedroom and a further twin bedded room plus bathroom (with over the bath shower) provide typical family accommodation and the dining table can accommodate up to eight guests allowing sociable mealtimes.

WiFi is available: guests will be advised details on arrival but please note that this property is in a rural area and speeds are currently restricted so not suitable for gaming or live streaming.

There is a garden pond within the grounds but this is sited well away from the holiday lets near the main farmhouse.A single entrance leads on to a reception hall with access to all three properties.
