Situated next to a working farm, this cottage is well-placed in the stunning rural countryside on the outskirts of Leven, in the East Riding of Yorkshire. The property is a converted farmhouse, dating back to the Georgian era with a Victorian extension, and hosts a wealth of period features inside with its exposed beams, whilst still providing that contemporary take having been completely renovated in 2018. The kitchen was well equipped with everything you could possibly need. The children loved the piano and the pool table and when weather permitted the garden. Would highly recommend for anyone with a large family, there was so much space for everyone. If I had one very minor criticism we would have liked more info on property and the surrounding area. For example we had a power cut and it took a while to find consumer unit so we could reset electrics.

Having stayed in many holiday cottages around the UK, Hall Garth is definitely the best one we have stayed in. Very spacious, well equipped, beautifully decorated, lots of outdoor spaceâ¦â¦.the list goes on. Highly recommended.
