Set 100 metres from an award winning beach in the seaside town of Bridlington, in the East Riding of Yorkshire, is this charming Victorian semi-detached property, Beach House. The property has been tastefully decorated with quality furnishings and a light decor adding to the welcoming feeling. Be welcomed into the sitting room which has a large bay window giving the room an abundance of natural light and still retaining many of its original features such as the decorative inglenook fireplace housing an electric fire. Here, you can cosy up with your loved ones on the selection of sofas and tune into the Smart TV to while away the hours as you catch up on the day's events. Towards the rear of the property is a further open-plan living space, complete with a second sitting area benefitting from a woodburning stove for those winter months and plenty of sofas to curl up with a good book, or make the most of the Smart TV or Xbox 360. The dining area provides ample space for family gatherings over a hot meal and a refreshing beverage, or simply choose to plan the week's activities here. Appliances of the highest order are on-hand to help you cook up a storm for your loved ones in the well-equipped kitchen, finished to a high standard with stunning granite worktops. On the first floor are three bedrooms, two of which are king-size doubles and a twin, whilst the second floor has a further twin.     The location is perfect being close to the beach but slightly away from the busy thoroughfares. The owners were very thoughtful and kind and we would definitely like to go back when we sort a future family gathering! Comfortable and spacious rooms and facilities.

    Nice to see the owners take pride in the property and have up dated various fixtures and fittings from furniture to kitchen items. Stayed in many houses in Bridlington that were never updated so now we have found the perfect place would not stay anywhere else.
