Scenic country walks, magical woodland ambles and wildlife watching are all on your doorstep, with stunning coastal day trips to wild bays and beaches, and pretty market towns like Beverley located nearby.

Styled with romance in mind, an inviting king-size bed is perfectly positioned for waking up to tranquil views across the lake accompanied by birdsong. To one side, a fabulous kitchen provides a gas hob, oven with microwave function and a fridge, as well as a kettle, cafetière, crockery, and a selection of useful cooking utensils. Everything you need for a lazy breakfast in bed or a shared evening meal is provided. The breakfast bar offers seating for two people which also enjoys beautiful lake views. Lookout Lodge has a beautiful en-suite bathroom complete with double shower as well as Jack and Jill basins.

Outside on the decking under the veranda there are comfy chairs and a table. Under a veranda, the private wood-fired hot tub is great in all seasons and perfectly positioned with views across the water. Sit back and unwind watching the sun set as the moon rises.

Wander just a few steps from your lodge and you'll find a little trail that follows the curve of the lake all the way to the magical willow wooded area, or for a longer walk follow a delightful bridleway track to the local village and perhaps lunch at the stunning Bert’s lakeside restaurant (Brandesburton).
