However, we booked this because it offered cycle accommodation, but we were very annoyed to find the cycle facility full of the owner's stuff, ditto, the sun room in the garden and presumably the locked off garage. Fortunately, we only had two bikes else they would have been in the living room. No safe on-road parking, but the narrow, offset driveway gates need widened to allow a quick entry on what is a dangerous corner. Lots of kitchen equipment, but don't stay longer than 7 days as there is no clothes washing facility. The potentially wonderful car port drying area in front of the garage has just one nail, so dry wet clothes in the lounge or bedrooms. Never did find the "sliding" heating control. Local trains are great and convenient.

Excellent secure parking and a secure garden front and back for our dogs. Easy walk into town, with plenty of amenities there. Well positioned for exploring this part of yorkshire, the Rydale museum is well worth a look (dog friendly). Jane
