Weâre just packing up after a 3 night stay and we donât want to leave. A beautiful house that feels like home from the moment you walk in. Spacious but cosy, clean and warm. There are so many little touches like a food hamper with treats and essentials, a gift for our 5 year old (he loved it!) and treats for our doggie! The utility room is perfect for welly boots and a sandy dog after a day on the beach. The fire is cosy and warm after a long day. The local beaches and Spurn Point (we did the safari) are all fantastic! We were lucky with the weather too (you never know in late October!) We will definitely return and recommend to friends. Thank you also to Alison (the owner) for her friendly info before we arrived! âï¸âï¸âï¸âï¸âï¸

! The cottage feels more homely than holiday as it is tastefully decorated with comfortable furnishings and is in a quiet peaceful location. Super dog friendly with well cut lawns in enclosed surroundings, our Border Collies appreciated their treats too! Dog friendly beaches close by, unfortunately despite being welcome at the visitors centre and a short walk available, dogs are not allowed to spurn point which would have been a fab walk in the autumn sunshine. A further thank you to Alison for phoning me excitedly to say the Northern Lights were visible behind the cottage- amazing as were the views of the stars each night!!! We had a fantastic stay in this super, clean, cosy cottage and can definitely recommend â¤ï¸â¤ï¸â¤ï¸

It is well kept, clean, uncluttered, tastefully decorated, warm and well placed for bird watching Spurn. It would have been good to know which colour bin was for what rubbish though.....where we live green is recycle but obviously not in East Yorkshire & we don't have blue bins.. Once I discovered that I had to empty both bins out to swap the rubbish over....We recommend this property.
