While some guests mention traffic noise and minor maintenance issues, the overall experience is positive, with special mentions of a welcoming atmosphere and thoughtful touches like a welcome pack.

The property's central location is frequently praised for its convenience to shops and town amenities. However, some guests note traffic noise due to its position on a busy road, which slightly impacts the overall satisfaction with the location.
Comfort is highlighted with mentions of cosy beds and a warm, welcoming atmosphere. A few guests noted issues with sofa comfort and indoor footwear recommendations, but these are minor compared to the overall comfort experienced.

While guests mention welcome packs and festive decorations, there is not enough information to assess the consistency of these thoughtful gestures across all stays. Therefore, while appreciated, it cannot be guaranteed that such gifts will be provided for every stay.
