They are all so cosy and warm especially after a long days walking with the dogs. Location is fantastic, a short walking distance to the nearest pub. We will definitely be returning in the near future. The communication with Matt was faultless, he could not do enough for us during our stay. We felt very welcome throughout the weekend. Would highly recommend staying in any of the three barns.

Mattress was very comfortable, probably the best I've slept in, in a holiday cottage, thankyou! There were literally two things missing, firstly a hoover, we normally always bring one on holiday with us but decided we were traveling light this time. We use vac bags for our dog beds and couldn't pack them up without a hoover and if course we couldn't keep the very beautiful house spic and span. Secondly sadly apart from the bunk room there's no view of the beautiful rolling countryside, but that's not something that can be changed with a 400 year old property
Kirsty
I would say it needs more kitchen baking trays for the oven. A play area for children in the grounds would be great, may depend on how many familyâs stay through the year. All round beautiful place though.
