As ever the the properties you advertise are worthy of being on your website. We have had several holidays in Sykes Properties and have always had a good experience. The Lodge was very suitable for 6 adults and a teenager. Comfortable and roomy not to get under each others feet! A good base to visit the area from.

So relaxing the property was fantastic.Rooms spotless beds so comfortable and the walks and surroundings were perfect. Horses donkeys geese and the cockerell just over the fence brought a smile to your face every morning. We have stayed a lot of places over the last few years and to be honest this place was were we all felt so at home. An amazing stay.

David, the owner, met us on arrival and explained the facilities. We used the charcoal BBQ at the property which was big enough to cook for a good number of people. David lives close by and gave us his mobile number in case of issues; a washing machine issue was fixed quickly. I would thoroughly recommend this property to anyone who wants a relaxing time in a peaceful village. We'd also recommend the Dudley Arms in the village for food and drink.
