If cooking is not on the agenda, dine at The Fountaine Inn in Linton, “our local”, or a very short walk across The Falls brings you to Grassington village where an unusually large selection and choice of places to eat and drink is available: The Devonshire Arms, Grassington House and Black Horse Hotel are just a few examples of lovely places to get a taste of local cuisine.Under 10 minutes drive away is the Michelin-stared Angel at Hetton for those seeking to celebrate or simply experience extra fine dining nearby. Down dale is the haunting Abbey ruins and Priory at Bolton Abbey, or the elegant town of Ilkley, overlooked by the famous Ilkley Moor. Up dale are Kettlewell and Buckden, with spectacular limestone scenery.
