Discover a spacious and stylish interior alongside the rustic features including the looming timber frames in the apex ceiling and classic woodburning stove, all amidst the wonder of the tranquil reservoir setting, it's a real North Yorkshire gem. Be welcomed into the lofty reception room before making your way to the sitting room to find a large plush corner sofa to unwind on, a Smart TV and the warming woodburning stove. Over in the large kitchen/diner you can find all you need by way of appliances, as well as the perfect space to gather together for home-cooked meals. Find a ground-floor shower room too before heading upstairs to discover the three superb bedrooms, including the master super-king-size bedroom with an en-suite wet room, and two king-size bedrooms, with all benefitting from a Smart TV, you’ll have no trouble settling in. Completing the layout is the beautiful bathroom with a P-shaped bath and overhead shower, and the snug sitting area on the landing. Resting in the southern area of the Yorkshire Dales National Park, Appletreewick is a charming village offering a beautiful base for a trip to the countryside. The village is home to two pubs while the closest shops can be found in nearby Grassington or Pateley Bridge. Lying on the River Wharfe, the village also has the Dales Way passing through it, making it ideal for walkers. Discover Grimwith Reservoir, the bustling town of Skipton, and the charming village of Kettlewell.
