Absolutely stunning property, in an equally stunning location. The barn itself is beautiful inside and is well equipped for a self catering stay. The bed was so comfy that it was hard to get out of in the mornings! Bathrooms are spotlessly clean and very modern. The kitchen contained everything you needed to cook a meal and the living area is huge but cosy on a night time with the curtains drawn and the log burner lit. To top it off, there is a lovely mezzanine with a small gaming table and a walled garden to sit in and enjoy the views.....and what views they are! Whichever way you look, there are fields and forests for miles....perfect for spotting the wildlife....and also the sheep belonging to the owners. The hosts were impeccable....very friendly and accommodating and nearby on site if needed, but not so near that it felt intrusive. We have loved our stay at Uptop Barn, and it's definitely a place we will visit again.
