Guests appreciate the 2A Bridge Apartments' prime location in Ripon, ideal for exploring the Yorkshire Dales and enjoying local amenities. The property is noted for its well-equipped kitchen and entertainment options, providing a comfortable base for a holiday. Some guests were delighted by the welcome gifts, enhancing their stay.

Reviews indicate a mix of experiences regarding cleanliness. Some guests found the apartment clean and tidy, while others reported issues with dirt and cobwebs, and concerns about cleanliness in light of COVID-19. The inconsistent feedback suggests room for improvement.

The location is highly praised for its convenience, proximity to local pubs, markets, and the town centre. The scenic surroundings and easy parking contribute to a positive experience, making it a great base for exploring the area.

Comfort levels are generally satisfactory, with the apartment described as cosy and well-equipped. However, some guests mentioned uncomfortable beds and noise from other occupants, indicating that comfort could be variable.

Facilities are adequate with a well-equipped kitchen and entertainment options. However, there are several mentions of maintenance issues such as broken steps, a small shower, and outdated decor. The lack of Wi-Fi was also noted by several guests.

While some guests mentioned welcome gifts, such as a bottle of beer and wine, as a thoughtful touch, there is not enough consistent information across reviews to accurately assess the overall thoughtfulness of the host. Therefore, this score is set to null.

Close enough to all the amenities of The Village and some great places to eat. Thirsk & Ripon are just a short drive away. The Apartment had everything we needed and was spacious comfy. Would certainly consider a return in the future. Only setback was the trek to empty the rubbish behind The Cottages.

The cooker was very old probably from the 70's operation very very slow one of the rings did not work, impossible to cook a proper meal on, so we had to eat out adding extra costs which as pensioners we can not afford.Central heating not up to standard to keep warm we had to set it on 24hrs to keep warm and the weather was by no means cold, the property had a electric fire which was not connected. Whoever is responsible for inspections is not up to the job they are paid for. We request a partial refund from Sykes to reflect the disappointment in this property and does not leave Sykes in a very good light. Paul & Kathleen Watson
