A warm welcome from the owner. Lovely sitting out area, very peaceful location. Very comfortable seating and bed, and plenty of room in the dining area. Studley Royal, Fountains Abbey, Ripon, Harrogate and Knaresborough all within easy reach. Highly recommended.

We stayed at the Barn at Mill View for 5 nights. It provided a very convenient comfortable base in a charming quiet village. The owner, Mrs Fowler, was attentive, and we enjoyed meeting Alfie the dog, and Lily the cat. The Village Store at Burton Leonard is well worth a visit.

Lovely property and the owner could not have been more welcoming from the cake to the recommendations on where to go. The property was perfect for taking my mother away - all on one level, a proper shower which is not over the bath and single beds which can be zipped up. Would highly recommend a visit to Ripon Cathedral to see the textile display.
