A couple of very small gripes: we've been using Sykes for more years than I care to remember and this is the first time there was no welcome pack of a bottle of wine or local biscuits etc. The main pan needs replaced - the non stick part is badly scratched. The downstairs tv is fine but the remote down button won't work making it difficult to choose from a menu. I write this to move the property from 9.5 to 10 out of 10!

Only drawback for us ( couple of a certain age !) was the downstairs bathroom .

The extractor fan is filthy and not working as it should and the water pressure was not good and some silicone wouldn't go a miss around the base of the shower. The two TV sets need replacing as they have about had it. Apart from those things the cottage was perfect for our needs. Thank you.
