A superb stone-built, semi-detached barn conversion tucked away in a quiet corner of the pretty Dales village of Bainbridge, four miles from Hawes. Renovated to a high standard, this Bainbridge cottage has an upside down layout, with the spacious open plan living area on the first floor featuring a warm and cosy multi-fuel stove to provide a wonderful central feature to this stylish space. Also the original crook beams, extending the full length of the living area mean that character and style are seamlessly combined with the modern furnishings and fixtures to ensure guests have a great stay. On the ground floor of your cottage near Hawes there are two delightful bedrooms and a lovely bathroom, and outside there's also the convenience of an off road parking space. Enjoy a relaxing afternoon discovering the many delights that Bainbridge has to offer, or follow the peaceful walks through the village to admire the stunning views, and the local pub, just five minutes' walk away, has fine ales and excellent food. From the castles at Bolton and Middleham, to Hardraw Force, England's highest single drop waterfall, this Bainbridge cottage is an ideal getaway for exploring Wensleydale and Swaledale. The village is an excellent base for walkers, and there are many beauty spots in the area including Aysgarth Falls, Semerwater, castles at both Castle Bolton and Middleham and Hardraw Force - England's highest single waterfall.
