There are a variety of beautiful hill walks and excellent footpaths throughout Swaledale and Arkengarthdale from Reeth, including a fabulous riverside trail and Alfred Wainwright's celebrated Coast to Coast route and Pennine Way within reach. For cyclists, you will find Dales Bike centre and cafe for bike hire and a lovely pit stop. The popular town of Leyburn is just a short drive away, with its mixture of tea rooms, gift shops and convenience stores.
