This delightful four bedroomed semi-detached house is situated in the popular seaside resort of Filey. Located close to Filey's sandy beach, local shops and restaurants. With a patio outside to enjoy a glass of wine in the evenings or snuggle up against the wood burning stove if the weather is cooler. The property also benefits from private off street parking for one car.

The property is ideally situated close to Filey’s beautiful sandy beach which I am sure will be enjoyed by your four legged friend and is a short five min walk through Glen Gardens to the rear of the property. The property is close to the town centre with all the lovely shops, tearooms and restaurants are only a short walk away. This is an ideal holiday property for friends and family looking to enjoy time together in this popular seaside town of Filey.
