Set a stone's throw away from the coast and within easy reach of an array of local amenities and attractions, this property is ideal for a group celebration for families and friends alike. Upon arrival to the property you'll be blown away by the rustic Victorian architecture decorating the exterior, featuring ornate gables, iron railings and large bay windows. Stepping into the property you're welcomed into a small porch, providing handy storage space for your beach going essentials and the perfect spot to dust off your sandy toes before continuing through to the main area of the house. Follow the hallway through to the sitting area, beautifully appointed with modern furnishings whilst maintaining the property's traditional character with the addition of ceiling roses, Gothic-style bay windows and a rustic leather chesterfield sofa. The lounge features two seating areas, so you can choose between gathering around the television to enjoy a film or snuggling into an armchair and escaping into a good book, relishing in the warmth of the electric fire. Before settling down for the evening, make use of the handy shower room located on the ground floor, and use the washing machine to freshen up your wardrobe. The heart of the home is found in the open-plan kitchen/diner, decorated with a light and airy colouring and featuring a contemporary kitchen with rustic accent features, housing all of the necessities required to rustle up a meal for the group. When it comes to serving up, guests can decide between gathering around the stylish wooden dining table that takes center stage in the modern open-plan space, or heading to the dining room, where you can indulge in a more traditional setting.
