We were experiencing difficulties with a leak and the electrics in the property. After calling Sharon and Stuart (owners) we were offered another property the very next day. Great communication with Sharon and Stuart. The property we were provided was a lovely upgrade and we were offered a few extra days stay free of charge. We were also given the option to go home if we werenât satisfied with a full refund. Could not have asked for better hosts. Thanks guys

There was a large cabinet which obstructed the sink. A mirror and just a shelf would be more sufficient . Mouldy shower seal. Free standing shelve unit was very rusty. Hooks needed for bath robes. When I took the sheets off the bed, the protective bed covers were heavily stained . This could have been down to the cleaner having to rush because the previous guests didnât check out until 3pm. If these small things were rectified it would definitely be a 10/10.
