Mattress so old, shower and toilet made for a child,walls showing signs of dampness, electric shower leaking black mould coming from shower head, parking was a good point but not when getting blocked in by other cars had to buy air fresheners due to smell of damp.

Damp problems need addressing. Large damp patch to right of bedroom window, and in various other places. I remember commenting on this following my last visit in 2019
