A delightful characterful cottage tucked away with its own private secure yard off Skinner Street on Whitby's West Cliff. The cottage is in an ideal location close to shops, restaurants, pubs and only a five minute walk to Whitby's award winning beach and West Cliff attractions. This Cottage is ideal for families or couples.

Entrance: Hallway
Kitchen: Gas hob, electric oven with grill, microwave, fridge with ice box, washing machine.
Lounge/Diner: Living flame gas fire, TV with Freesat, DVD, video and CD Player. Dining table and chairs.
first floor:
Bedroom 1: Double bed with TV, two seater chair and wardrobe.
Family Bathroom: Large corner bath, walk-in shower, toilet and washbasin.
second floor:
Bedroom 2: Family room with double bed and single bed, hanging rail and chests of drawers.
Pets: One well behaved pet is welcome but not allowed upstairs.
Parking: No parking provided.
Garden: A large black gate into enclosed patio area with table and chairs.
Heating: Gas central heating.
Short Breaks: Not accepted at peak times.
Notes: Please bring your own towels. Welcome pack on arrival.
