The majority of guests find the property clean, with special mention of lovely linens and towels. However, a few reviews note areas where cleanliness could be improved, such as skirting boards and windows, which slightly lowers the score.

The location is highly praised for being central and close to Whitby's amenities. It's ideal for exploring the town and the surrounding areas, although the central position contributes to some noise.

Guests frequently compliment the comfortable beds and cosy living space. Some concerns are raised about noise and the steepness of the entrance stairs, which may affect comfort for some visitors.

Very good location. We had a few minor issues which were sorted quickly. Be aware the entrance to the courtyard is two shops down on the right (no car access, leave car with hazards on while unloading), there are steep steps going into the property and there is no garden. Parking is difficult but we parked in the W zone (scratch card), at the end of church street (free) if you can get a spot, and then in the endeavour car park. We got a spot about 11pm and didn't move the car again.

Lovely apartment that is well maintained. The little extras like washing up liquid, dishwasher tablets and soap were very useful. The welcome pack was a delightful surprise. Thank you
