A charming, semi-detached stone fisherman's cottage, quietly tucked away in the historic village of Robin Hood's Bay. Just a stone's throw from the beach, this Robin Hood's Bay cottage is perfect for families to enjoy a traditional seaside holiday and to explore the spectacular scenery of the North York Moors National Park. Providing comfortable accommodation, this Robin Hood's Bay cottage has the rare find in Robin Hood’s Bay, a very spacious sitting room retaining original features, including beams, an exposed stone wall and pitched pine cupboard. A feature wrought iron spiral staircase leads up from the sitting room to the two bedrooms, one with the added benefit of an en-suite bathroom. With a modern kitchen with dining area, and a ground floor shower room, this Robin Hood's Bay cottage caters for all family's needs. The shops, tea rooms and inns in this old smugglers' village are all on the doorstep of this Robin Hood's Bay cottage, along with the beach, with its rock pools and coves. Take a stroll along the cobbled alleyways and narrow streets or enjoy an exhilarating walk on the cliff-top Cleveland Way. At the top of the bank lies the Cinder Track, which runs for 23 miles for walkers, cyclists and horse riders, whilst the popular town of Whitby is just a few minutes’ drive. With the dramatic heritage coastline to discover and the beautiful countryside to enjoy, this Robin Hood's Bay cottage provides an excellent base.

Robin Hood's Bay, with its narrow cobbled streets and quaint cottages, is one of the most picturesque villages on the English coastline. Situated between Scarborough and Whitby, this charming old fishing village is to be found nestling at the edge of a wide sweeping bay backed by spectacular cliffs and dramatic moorland scenery, and was once home to author Leo Walmsley.
