Great apartment in a great location, if mobility is an issue the stairs to the 2nd floor could be a problem, but we all managed fine with a family of four with dogs

We had a wonderful holiday and I was very satisfied with everything. Just a couple of pieces of feedback: the property was really hard to find as the 'Stanton House' sign is worn and obscured, and, being on a Crescent, we found at least 2 other properties with the number '4'. Secondly, the 9.00 am check-out is somewhat brutal - even 10.00 am would have been more civilised and we are very early risers! But, it was a wonderful place to stay and perfect for a mini-break in Whitby and the surrounding area.
