Immaculately clean and comfortable. Extremely comfortable beds and lovely showers. Liz was a highly considerate host. Provided recommendations of local pubs and very kindly offered the children the chance to see the tractors on the farm. Perfect location for access to York and the gorgeous countryside around it. So peaceful and quiet, ideal for relaxing after busy days exploring. I would thoroughly recommend if youâre looking for a calm retreat thatâs still close and accessible to explore York and surrounding areas!

It was fabulous. The location was beautiful and a good central point from which to drive out across the county. The house was well equipped, spotlessly clean, comfortable and beautifully presented. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here.
