After dinner, turn the dining table upside down and transform it into a ping pong table, providing endless family entertainment. Cross the threshold into the sitting room, where you can chat about the adventures to come or pop the TV on and unwind. As the evening comes to a close, make yourself at home in the bedrooms, both complete with double beds and ample storage. Start the morning with a refreshing rinse in the shower room before tackling the day. Roughly 100 metres away is the River Bann, with private access directly from the property, making an idyllic stroll after dinner. The property is close to the village of Portglenone where you can find your nearest shop and three pubs, perfect for treating the group to a meal out. While in the area, pop your walking boots on and explore Portglenone Forest or wander the Portglenone Marina and Monastery. The River Bann Boat Tours make a lovely day out, or for a more exhilarating day on the water, make the journey to The Lake at Kilrea for a wealth of watersporting activities to enjoy with the family. The delightful towns of Ballymoney and Ballymena are just a scenic drive away and both provide more vibrant nightlife, and chances to explore local history in Ballymoney Museum or the Mid-Antrim Museum.
