A very big house for just us two but so comfortable and warm. A lovely food basket and flowers were left by Hazel, t hank you. Our Westie Rumble loved the garden and paddock, the views were magnificent. I would mention that we found the property very hard to find as it was so out of the way. Much further from Kirriemuir than was expected. The directions on Sykes info needed to be more explicit eg a mention of the villages passing through not just road numbers. Otherwise, a glorious property and area.

The TV sound only worked on occasions and we think it needs to be upgraded to a Smart TV but the choice of games and puzzles were very generous. The compliment of crockery and cutlery was very good. Having a Hairdryer in the cottage would also be helpful. The garden is very generously sized and the views were stunning with easy access to the cottage.

Fabulous beds! We had a great stay here and hope to come back. Hazel was very helpful and prompt at getting back to us when we had questions. We did several beautiful walks in the area and saw plenty of wildlife, including an Osprey catching a fish. Really great place for a family holiday.
