The expansive semi-circular sofa invites the entire family to gather for evenings of amusement or to cosy up in front of the generously sized Smart TV, offering an array of Sky TV channels and on-demand movies (charges apply).

Adjacent to the living space, discover a fully equipped kitchen boasting modern conveniences such as a kettle, Dualit coffee machine, hob, oven, microwave, complete crockery, glassware, and even a wine fridge for your stay. The Poggenpohl kitchen, with its sleek yet natural design, seamlessly integrates with the property's modern architecture.

A charming dining space adjoining the kitchen beckons you to savor hearty meals while enjoying views of the loch. Highchairs and travel cots are available upon request at no additional cost.

On the ground floor, the first of three inviting bedrooms awaits, furnished with twin beds – perfect for families with teenagers or small groups. Adorned with plush pillows and Italian linens, the beds face a Smart TV for lazy mornings. A conveniently located wet room offers a drench shower and floor-to-ceiling tiles for a fresh, clean ambiance.

Ascend the unique spiral staircase to discover two more enticing bedrooms. The master bedroom, featuring a sumptuous king-size bed, boasts a private balcony overlooking the Loch, providing an idyllic spot for morning coffee with bistro seating for two.

The second upstairs bedroom offers a double bed with delightful views of the surrounding woodland. Both bedrooms provide Smart TVs with Sky Channels, a safe, automatic mini bar, and a phone for contacting the duty manager.

All bedrooms share a well-appointed wet room featuring Temple Spa products, a Toto Washlet, and a Hansgrohe rainfall drench shower for post-outdoor-activity relaxation.

Ardlui offers a plethora of activities and amenities, including a fitness gym and bike and jet ski rentals. Secure parking for two vehicles is available, accessed through a code-protected, gated entrance system. Things to know about the property.

There is a security deposit of £300 payable upon arrival at The Retreat which is refundable upon inspection of the property post stay.

We know that guests go on holiday to relax and escape and that may sometimes mean enjoying a tipple or two. Drinks packages can be pre-ordered when booking and alcohol can be purchased on site but due to the waterside location, we kindly request that guests do not bring their own alcohol to consume in the Lodges.

The premises are licensed only for the sale of alcohol in accordance with the Licensing (Scotland) Act 2005 for which the proprietors carry responsibility as the statutory License Holders.

Ardlui Retreat Lodge 1 is pet-friendly so feel free to bring your four-legged friend. This is restricted to 1 small dog. Dogs must be fully trained, well-behaved and kept under control. A pet fee of £35 applies per stay.

Whilst Wi-Fi connectivity is available on site, signal strength can be variable due to the rural location of the site. For those looking for peace of mind, there is the option to hire a commercial SIM for an additional fee. Premium Wi-Fi will incur an additional charge of £5.00 per day, per service.

Whilst these are self-catering properties, we understand some guests may wish for their holiday property to be refreshed during their stay. Should you wish for a daily housekeeping service for the duration of your stay this can also be offered at an additional charge.
