Ardfern is a scenic coastal village on Scotland's Craignish Peninsula, in the magnificent and dramatic Argyll region. Ardfern is an ancient village with evidence of inhabitants reaching back to 600 AD, with a wrecked church on the Peninsula dating from the 12th century. Today, the village has a pub, a shop, a craft centre, a tearoom, and a marina, all of which are conveniently located for sailing off the west coast. Craobh Haven has a second marina, and the towns of Lochgilphead and Oban are worth a visit.

Nice and quiet with beautiful views. We had great weather. We had dinner at the Loch Melford Hotel about ten minutes away.it is dog friendly and the food is excellent.The views in this area are beautiful
