Visit the nearby village of Tighnabruaich (9 miles) where you can marvel at its villas, Victorian pier, palm trees and glorious views of the Kyles of Bute. Portavadie Marina is 9 miles away and offers spa and leisure facilities; you can enjoy waterfront dining and linger over lunch or dinner, watching the yachts sail by. This area is known as Argyll s Secret Coast and has some lovely marked coastal and forest walks that start right from your doorstep. The Kyles of Bute Golf Course is a well kept secret. This stunning nine hole course has great views from every tee. The Isle of Bute can be reached by a short ferry ride.
