Mossyard, located 4 miles west of Gatehouse of Fleet, is in the heart of rural Dumfries & Galloway, south west Scotland.
Threaby, a semi-detached property and Meadow's other half, is situated in a peaceful location right at the end of the road for the cottages at Mossyard. A cottage full of character and all the comforts you need, it is the perfect hideaway! Threaby has an enclosed back garden, and enjoys wonderful sea views with a choice of sandy beaches just a short walk away.

Accessibility: Threaby is not graded formally for disabled use. We do however take great care in making sure that we offer comfortable accommodation for elderly guests, ambulant disabled and guests with frail mobility. You can drive right up to the door at Threaby. There is a gravel drive outside the property. There is a small 'lip' on the threshold of the doorway. Once you are inside the property there is a small step from the entrance lobby/utility room into the living room. The rest of the accommodation is then all one level with no more steps.
Dog Friendly Accommodation: We welcome dogs at Mossyard and are happy for them to join you in Threaby. Maximum of 2 dogs (Additional charges apply).

Threaby was as always excellent. Super on arrival with a welcome pack, everything immaculate and just waiting for us including lovely bathroom and kitchen soaps and hand cream. Everything is top quality, and so comfortable and that view from the window is to die for . The three bulls waiting outside each morning were an added extra. Thank uou!

Well appointed cottage with all modern conveniences. Magnificent location secluded beaches within 5 minute walk. Spectacular views. Short drive to Galloway Forest. Idillic holiday for us and our Labrador. We have booked to revisit.
