Features include a games room with table tennis, extensive lawns and comfortable, easy to manage furnishings. This is a fascinating area for bird watching, with the rspb Ken Dee Reserve & Galloway Kite Trail nearby. A fine base for Walking, fishing or sailing as the Solway Coast, beaches ad headlands are all within easy reach. Galloway Activity Centre is on the opposite side of Loch Ken for those looking for adventurous activities. For the stargazers and walkers the Galloway Forest Park is on the doorstep, with the Raiders Road Forest Drive close by.

Accommodation for 8 on three floors: Ground floor: Hallway with wood burning stove; Sitting room with wood burning stove; Kitchen; Cloakroom with large walk in shower and WC; Games room.

First floor: 2 Bathrooms, both with shower over the bath; 3 Bedrooms (1 crown double, 1 twin & 1 single). Second floor: 2 Bedrooms (1 double & 1 twin) with restricted headroom.
