Holiday in sumptuous Palladian luxury, this property offers superb family holiday accommodation in a spacious and charming  single storey cottage with wheelchair access.   Privacy is ensured with Gardens Cottage being in the private grounds of Kinmount Estate and wildlife is on your doorstep.   The cottage is in a superb location for touring South West Scotland and also has easy access for visits for both Edinburgh and Glasgow.  

The local area includes many historical sites and easy access to opportunities for viewing the areas wonderful wildlife including the Wildfowl and Wetlands Trust Reserve at Caerlaverock which is also adjacent to the historic Caerlaverock Castle site (Historic Scotland).   Annan is a busy market town with good facilities whilst Dumfries with Robert Burns connections including Ellisland Farm is no more than twenty minutes' drive from the cottage and well worth exploring. 

The owners of the cottage are able to make fishing available at additional charge and if you are looking for an equestrian holidays they are able to accommodate your horse or ponies should you wish to bring them with you to explore the wonderful countryside from horseback.   Rambling activities in the area include wonderful beaches locally at Powfoot and slightly further afield at Sandyhills together with extensive walks in forests and on local hills.   All in all the cottage is a superbly set up for a fantastic family holiday.
