Very comfortable and warm cottage with everything you could need.If there is one negative is that the shower is not powerfull at all and it just dribbles out, but Mrs Murrey left us chocolates and biscuits which was very nice we would go back.

Lovely cottage with great views of the estuary. There is everything that you would ever need and the owner has some stories to tell and evensupplies eggsfromher own hens. There is a hotel/restaurant 800yds away that does very nice meals and is dog friendly they also have a good takeaway service. We LOVE this cottage and WILL be returning.

A comfortable and well equipped cottage in a quiet location. Plenty of space, good comfy beds, nice walk in shower, well appointed kitchen with fridge freezer and washing machine. Large private parking space, off road and next to the cottage. Lovely views from the cottage of the river Nith. It was relaxing to sit and watch the birds come and go on the river. Well located to visit Dumfries which has several good museums. We have no doubt that we will return to Branta.
