The sitting room looks out on to the listed gardens of Cockenzie House and the trees where Bonnie Prince Charlie's soldiers ate from after the Battle of Prestonpans. Along the corridor, still on the ground floor, there is a spacious twin bedroom again looking out on to the gardens. Next door is the modest kitchen/diner decorated in neutral hues, this room holds every essential for your dining requirements including an electric oven and hob, microwave and fridge, along with a washing machine. Also on this floor is the bathroom where you can indulge in a relaxing soak after a day of adventure before snuggling up in bed. On the first floor sits the double bedroom, also looking out onto the listed gardens, and perfect for the couple in the group with its own en-suite shower room.
