This lovely detached cottage is in the hills above the pretty village of Kiltarlity, enjoying some lovely views to the front.. Ground Floor:
Living room: With open fire, Freeview TV with Netflix, DAB radio and Bang & Olufsen stereo.
Kitchen: With electric cooker, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher and washer/dryer.
Conservatory/dining room.
Shower room: With shower cubicle, toilet and heated towel rail. . First Floor:
Bedroom 1: With double bed and sloping ceilings.
Bedroom 2: With twin beds, Velux window and sloping ceilings.. Electric central heating, electricity, bed linen, towels and Wi-Fi included. Initial coal for open fire included. Travel cot and highchair available on request. . Large lawned garden with sitting-out area and garden furniture. Private parking for 4 cars. No smoking. Please note: This property has a security deposit of £200 for week bookings and short breaks, and £400 for bookings 14 nights and over. Couples and familly bookings only. . Enjoying some lovely views to the front, Bramble Cottage nestles in the hills above the pretty village of Kiltarlity and has been equipped and furnished to a good standard to ensure as comfortable and relaxing holiday as possible. This detached former crofter’s cottage makes a great base to explore and enjoy the many attractions and amenities this beautiful and scenic part of the Northern Highlands has to offer, coupled with easy access to the east and west coasts. Visit the popular village of Drumnadrochit just 6 miles away – home to The Loch Ness Centre and the ruins of Urquhart Castle. Amongst the many attractions which you can visit are Culloden Battlefield, Fort George, Brodie and Cawdor Castles, or take a trip along the Malt Whisky Trail – the only one of its kind in the world! Experience the delights of Inverness, the Highland capital, with its large variety of shops, restaurants, pubs, theatre, museums and galleries, just 12 miles away. Take a trip along the beautiful Moray coastline and visit some of the pretty fishing villages. Outdoor activities available in the area include mountain biking and walking in the many forest trails, kayaking, sailing, boat trips and many other water sports on Loch Ness or the Moray coast, along with golf and skiing in the Cairngorm and Aonach Mòr mountain ranges. This is also a good place for birdwatching. Beach 28 miles. Shop 2 miles, pub and restaurant 6 miles.

Bedrooms have restricted height and sloping ceilings. There is a security deposit of £200 per week payable 2 weeks prior to arrival, by cheque or bank transfer. This will be refunded within a week of departure if the property is left in order. Couples and family bookings only no manual workers.
