The kitchen was very well equipped which was really helpful. The aga was entertaining to learn to cook on! We even made cookies without scales. The living areas gave plenty of space for everyone to chill or play games and lovely views even when it was raining! We couldnât open the patio doors when the sun did shine but that meant we didnât let the midges in the house! Thank you for all the maps and info, they were hugely helpful. Everyone agrees that we had a fabulous holiday and really appreciated Saltwinds. Thank you very much indeed. The best holiday yet in Skye (this was our third). Helen ps thank you for the warning about potholes!
Ian
Great facilities in the house (the drying room and dehumidifier are so useful), super communication with the host, and an all round great experience. Hope to return!
Nicholas
Close to the bay with good walks. Having a freezer in the kitchen would be welcome. We all really enjoyed our stay and the wood burner was appreciated. We had great weather which was a plus. Watch out for the potholes!!
