Accessed via its own track and with wonderful views across the sea, it offers peace and seclusion in a superb setting. Green Hill has a large kitchen/dining room with AGA cooker (owners charge an extra £30 per week for use due to high running oil costs). There is also a modern electric cooker in the adjoining kitchen annexe. The bright, modern conservatory extension doubles as the main lounge. With feature open fireplace and superb views from all angles, it is a delightful room to sit and enjoy the stunning sunsets this area is renowned for, as well as the ever changing seascape. There are two attractive bedrooms on the first floor and with a bathroom and a shower room; the cottage is ideal for two couples or a family of four. Just 300 yards away is Aird Bay and harbour. A delightful spot to enjoy a waterside walk, fish from the rocks or even launch your own boat from the old fishing boat slipway.
