A very well-presented terraced cottage ideally situated in the pretty Highland village of Kingussie in the stunning Cairngorms National Park. This bright Kingussie cottage is ideal for a small family or group of friends who want a convenient and comfortable base providing easy access to the wonderful outdoor pursuits and amazing scenery that is available in the Cairngorms National Park. With accommodation over two floors, this cottage in Kingussie offers three bedrooms, including one on the ground floor. The spacious sitting room has a welcoming multi-fuel stove ensuring warmth and comfort in the cooler months. The kitchen in this Highland cottage is very well-equipped and provides easy access to the private rear garden with its pretty seating areas offering spectacular mountain views, an ideal place for a morning coffee, barbecue or pre-dinner glass of wine! Kingussie is a lively village situated just beside the River Spey and the area is an anglers paradise, with permits available locally. For the more active holidaymaker why not spend time at the Loch Insh and Loch Morlich centres where you can hire sailing boats and windsurfers? The neighbouring village of Newtonmore offers fantastic opportunities to see the fabulous countryside on Highland ponies and for golfers the Kingussie 18 hole course is ideal for players of all standards. The area is perfect for walkers with a variety of well-maintained paths enabling you to really appreciate the beauty and tranquillity of the Scottish Highlands.
