The property is an ideal base for exploring local scenery and historical sites, with many recommending it for a peaceful and enjoyable stay.
Reviewers consistently mention the spotless condition of the lodge, with commendations for the cleaner's excellent work. The property is described as very clean and well-maintained, contributing to a welcoming and comfortable stay.
The lodge is lauded for its fantastic location with beautiful views and proximity to Loch Duich. It serves as a great base for exploring the local area and the Isle of Skye. However, one review mentioned a partially blocked view, which slightly impacts the perfect score.
Guests find the lodge warm and comfortable, with special mentions of cosy beds and a home-like feel. There is a single mention of a less comfortable mattress, but overall, the comfort level is rated very highly.
The property is praised for being well-equipped, particularly the kitchen, and for having useful information available for guests. Some minor criticisms include the lack of a log burner and the quality of electric showers, but these do not significantly detract from the overall high standard.
While many reviews express gratitude for the owners' attention to detail and the provision of information, there are no specific mentions of gifts. Therefore, it is not possible to score this category accurately, and the score is set to null.

So well equipped. Very clean and well presented. An absolute credit to the owners. Lots of information left by owners inside lodge which was very helpful. Would 100% go again.

The loch being a couple of hundred yards away was a bonus for my daughter and her partner who we able to kayak over to the Pit Stop cafe for breakfast ! I was initially nervous about taking our EV to such a remote area, but there were fast chargers only a few miles away.

The only thing we would like to say is the check in and check out timings need to be relaxed. Especially the 9am check out time we find is too early especially when your expected to strip beds etc.
