This delightful former fisherman's cottage is set in the heart of the vibrant seaside town of Nairn in the Scottish Highlands. The charming interior features and wonderful coastal location make 59 Society Street a lovely stay at any time of year. Enter this stone cottage via its picket-fenced garden and be welcomed by the well-appointed, spacious kitchen/diner, complete with stylish fixtures and fittings along with a charming dining table set for four. Allow your meals to settle whilst sat in front of the fabulous log fire whilst watching the TV on one of the three cosy sofas in the sitting room. The ground floor also benefits from a pleasantly decorated, blue and white family bathroom with a bath and separate shower for you to choose from. Head up the fresh, open tread pine staircase and arrive at the first floor under the eaves, where you will find the two comforting bedrooms graced with homely features to give you that well-deserved rest after a busy day of exploring what the Scottish Highlands have to offer. Breathe in the refreshing sea air whilst enjoying your morning coffee out in the enclosed back garden. Nairn is the ideal coastal cottage holiday destination, it provides a fine selection of places to shop, eat and drink, as well as boasting a museum, two golf clubs and a stunning beach to keep you occupied. For a day out, head to the beautiful city of Inverness just a short drive away with its range of amenities as well as majestic castle and cathedral. 59 Society Street is a charming cottage in an excellent seaside location.
Nairn is a seaside town which offers beaches, shops, restaurants and two golf courses.as well as tennis and squash courts. There are many events throughout the year including the Nairn Highland Games and The Nairn Book and Arts Festival. Whitewater rafting, tubing and cliff jumping are also available. Day trips, Orkney Shetland and the Cairngorm National Park with skiing and hiking are within 1 hour. Nairn is an ideal centre for exploring, or just relaxing.
